FAQs

What does compensation look like?
Between $80K and $110K in total compensation, depending on experience and bonus opportunities. As you grow with us, so does your pay.
What if I eventually want my own practice?
Then this is the best place to prepare. You'll see systems, patient communication, and operations from the inside — things most chiropractors spend ten years figuring out alone. And leading a future Kinesis location is on the table for the right person.
What kind of training will I get?
Weekly case reviews and skill development with Dr. Tito and the team. A structured onboarding and documented system for leading consultations and treatment. You're never thrown in without preparation.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. A big part of our community is Spanish-speaking, so it's an advantage, but not required.
I'm a new grad. Am I ready for this model?
The model is built to develop a new grad the right way: shadowing, structured onboarding, and weekly case review before you own a caseload. Whether you're ready depends on you. We're looking for someone coachable who wants reps, not someone looking for easy.
When can I start?
